Approved for Walmart Store and denied by Amazon

What gives? Same bank, but different requirements? As far as I know both pull TU. May be I was approved in Walmart because I applied in the store?.My history is only 5 months old..

It could be any reason, just because its the same bank doesnt mean anything.

Congrats on the approval but your history may be too short for the Amazon.. That may have a different underwriting although it is with the same bank.

Yes.. I'd show some history since the WM is issued by the same bank and then apply for the Amazon card.

Amazon approve my store card in december 2014 ( my first credit card) , i pay already 4th statements and 1 week ago walmart store card approve me too. I think you just need history.
