CFPB didn't bear any fruit.. Although I did publically call out BBVA BS on twitter and someone reached out to me by private messaging and gave info and they contacted me that night.. Long story short they ended up removing the HP from my Experian report which ended up being an acceptable outcome to the situation. It close to a month to happen, but indeed every piece of them is gone out of my life.
