I got approved with BoA with several accounts and inquiries less than 6 months old at the time. However, I do get the impression they care about new accounts and inquiries in the last 1 or 2 months. That seemed to be the case on both of my BoA denials.

Hold up. I was in your shoes. Look at my boa now. 3yrs ago denied had to app with cosigner. Within 6 months the 2k limit was over 10k and solely in my name. So... Don't let that stop you. What card do you want from them and why?

I'm assuming the 2nd amendment rights thing is a joke - but what do you have against boa? I'm debating about fighting to recon my Spirit air MasterCard for an approval.
No actually I was quite serious but it's best not to bring politics into this site.. (At least no more than I already did)
The truth is out there-
Good luck with your recon if you decide to do it.
