I opened my Barclay Financing Visa in November 2011…Intial line was 1200

CLI to 1900 in April 2012, and to 3900 in May 2013.

  In between those I did request a CLI on my own that was denied.  I was also denied a second Barclay card.  I don’t recall my exact numbers over the last two years, but a couple of things were true, at least around the times of my CLIs. 

1)      I carried a balance on my Barclay card of anywhere between 25-60%.  The same is true for my overall util, although at times it was much higher than that.

2)      I opened up two new CCs in 2012, as well as a re-financed auto loan.  I also had 3 inquiries denied.
