The other part of Sufficient credit is available on your account issued by Barclays Bank Delaware is for your credit profile. My Sallie Mae is my lowest limit card, and I can't beg an increase out of them.

I agree with every statement in this thread. CAPTOOL said it best "I can't beg an increase out of them"
I've ran it 50% or more for months and nothing.
Half tempted to close my Sallie Mae but we tend to use it for the categories and then some. I took a HP for a increase and got about the same response.
Once I find a 5% Grocery and Amazon card, this one might sit in the sockdrawer indefinitely.

Idk you seem quite exposed with them. They have half a paycheck in credit with you... Quite ballsy
I know right. They are something else.

Closing cards that are useful because you can't get a CLI isn't a good mentality to have. The CL shouldn't determine usage. One of my lowest CL cards is my most used
The CL does determine usage to an extent because of the util. I can make multiple payments a month but it would be nice to have a higher CL so the util isn't so high.
Eventually we all have to make a decision to keep low cl cards or cancel them. The only reason I have not closed my Sallie Mae is we still use the rewards and they took a chance on me when I was rebuilding.
Just the way I look at it.
