Was getting CLI denials for new accounts (credit seeking). Had a dry spell for 8 months. Approved for CLI x 2 cards at end of March. Thanks for the DP's @AllZero , One day I will nail that 2nd BoA card.
The only lender I have not been able to get a 2nd card from.
Good luck. Hope you'll be able to get that 2nd card one day.
Mine was prequal in special offers tab. I think I let it marinate for about 5 months before I applied.

Ok, based on your replies, it is not BoA tightening purse strings (although they could be)
It is profile specific. So I had taken out a Penfed PL on 3-26-2020
Penfed reported that installment loan at 100% on 3-31-2020
On 4-1-2020 (April fool's day)
Bank Of America updated my TU FICO8 Score.
As a result my score dropped -17 points
(so now I know ...what a maxed Installment loan will drop my FICO8 score)
The Penfed loan has been paid down to less than 8.9%,
and pulling my TU FICO8 shows that I gained the 17 FICO's back!
So at least I resolved "The LVE button mystery" .. I got April fooled
So now ... I am pretty sure why they pulled the LVE button.
Bank of America has not updated since April 1st.
If you check your fico on BOA app it will say 4/21/2020- I think the browser login is typo because they softed my report on 4/21 and my browser login on boa will show 4/1 and app shows 4/21 same score
I'm not feeling the love either from BOA. I still have the luv button but they consistently deny me CLIs. I got a CLI in Sept 2019 and also a denial on a second card same day. With the CLI on the 1 card I guess they reached max exposure for me. Since then nada from BOA. I ask for a CLI every 2 mths or so and always get denied for credit seeking (I got 1 new Amex card in Oct. to make up for them denying my request for a 2nd card). Suffice it to say, you are not alone @M_Smart007

@Anonymous, Thanks for your reply, I can relate ..(1) CLI ..
and yes .. they DO NOT LIKE MY "CREDIT SEEKING BEHAVIOR"
Even Chase gave me another card (Marriott) and a $9K CLI on another card
Amex has given me about $95K increases across all cards
Hang in there, one day .. you'll get it

Ditto for me. I have the LUV Button on my Cash Rewards.
Card already has a high limit at $70K and I don't put much spend on it.
Last few times, I was also denied for CLI due to too many new accounts.
Consequently, I'm gardening longer (after my AMEX card denial for same reason) to make sure everything ages enough before I apply for Premium Rewards.

I think BOA had a typo this month if you log in via web browser. My web browser boa score is from 4/1/2020, but if you log in with the BOA APP, it says 4/21/2020.
try logging into your BOA using the mobile app. If i log in with browser my fico score is dated 4/1/2020, but on the app it says 4/21/2020.
If you really want to Cry for Me Argintina, try having a broken luv button forever on your account like me where you can see it, click it, and only thing happens is your color goes from blue to red blue. And its been there 4 plus years......

I know I definitely don't get BOA love since I was expecting their Cash Rewards card a month back and I had to settle for a secured card or a wasted HP
But trying to be positive - and here is my question: when the sun and mood align and I get this card graduated - how often is it standard to request a CLI from BoA ?
