I had the green checkmark next to "offers for you" on Chase Sapphire Reserve AND Preferred both with a fixed APR. Today I app'd the CSP (only including phone number and annual salary) and got the 30 day notification. An hour or so later, I received a call from Chase Fraud Prevention verifying that I applied for the card. A few minutes later, I was approved! I'm definitely close to 10/24.
