CLIs from my 2 months old Journey and Platinum classic cards

Hi, i tried CL buttom today after having these cards for 2 months. Both jumped from 300 to 800. Since im in credit steps program, does these mean im disqualified from future CLis? It will suck if i dobt get 3300 as many have reported by 6th statement. Anyone had similar experience? Im brand new in credit game-4 cards in total with only 3 months of AAoA
BofA 5k, Cap 1 Journey 300, Cap 1 QS1 300, Walmart 6k,
Amex BCE 2000, Amex PRG, Amex Delta Gold 2k, Macy's 5k, Bloomies 6k, Amazon 6k, JCP 5k Macy's Amex 1.5k,

One more question. Do i get hut with hp when i request cli?

What are you trying to say with that question?  The CLI is a soft pull and won't be another inquiry.
