I know this may sound crazy but I entered my information to see if I pre qualified for American Express and 3 offers came back. One with the actual "interest rate" and I've read enough posts that usually means its "likely" I'll be approved. But when I try other sites like Chase, BOA etc nothing comes back. Chase says "not found". How would AE be able to pre qual me then?
