Can you Product Change Amex and still get sign up bonus?

I recently got the Amex Magnet card, but the BCE may suite my needs better. If I do a prouduct change to that card in a few months, Can I get the sign up bonus from the new BCE card too?

No since you applied for the magnet you will only recieve that bonus(which is once per card type).
