It took like 7-10 business days for me to hear back from them--via letter. Denied, only reason letter gave was still clinging to the six month CLI policy.
Keep your head up. My BK was 7/2014. I've sent numerous emails to EO for manual review and CLI request. Always got a no..Started w/two lines of credit with Capital One.
$300 and $500 QS1. Now almost 1 year 9 months later, I have four cards with them. QS1 $3,750......Plat ...$3,100...Sony $3000 and New Venture issued this month for $15,000.
Not sure how long you had the card , but it will grow..thrust me...and I did burn them at BK. I had an auto loan w/Cap1 as well, but refinance it with my credit union.

Neither actually. In fact, they never reached back to me at all. When I spoke with them on the phone for the manual review she said I could start checking my account as early as the next day and could see the increase on there quicker than they would respond. She did imply I'd get a response though, either via phone or letter but as of now I still have not received on. I just continued to check my account every day and saw the $500 CLI on Day 4.

When I emailed them, the rep called me back in a couple of days for additional info...salary etc.
I waited to call back a couple of days and it was still under review.
The second time I called the told me "no": and that I will receive a letter in the mail.
I never got the letter, however the second time I sent an email for a manual review
I did get a call back..etc...then I called and got another "no"...did not get a follow up
letter the second time.
I finally got a follow up letter about 2 weeks after receiving my CLI... "congrats on your $500 credit line increase..." Gee thanks, when I asked for $7k
I am guessing the declined my manual review. All i got was the standard email that says your declined, and gives a list of reasons.
