Cap1 2nd card

I know Cap1 makes you wait 6 months before getting a 2nd card before i try. I am wondering if anybody has ever had luck calling in and recon the 2nd application pre 6 month period ?

You can try, but its not going to happen regardless how hard you try. Capital One does not recon.

So you're saying there's a chance?

I’m not sure if this makes a difference, but I applied for and got the Cap1 secured card and then 15 days later was approved for a QS1 but all subsequent applications were auto-denied. So if it has already been declined I’d say there’s no chance at recon.
