Cap1 pre-qual vs every other credit card company

I was about to ask a simliar quesiton--maybe i'll just piggyback here. My FICO bankcard 8 scores are what I list in my sig.  Can't get pre-qualified for Venture and they apparently don't product change to Venture since apparently Venture is only VISA.  What's their problem? FFS, I can get an Amex Plat and/or CSR if I wanted to...?

Cap1 is all over the place They could someone a $10K CL with a BK and someone is starting out no Bks could get a $2k CL. Im in bucket so It will be my only capital one credit card there’s too many other cards out there that are way better than them that don’t do a triple HP, if I were you Id move on from Cap1
