Capital One CLI Denied

I think I may be the only one that has EVER gotten denied with this reason! 😆

The crazy thing is I've never even taken out a "cash advance" against my credit limit? Plus I pay 99-100% of my monthly balance any ways. So weird! Can anyone make a sense of this?

Maybe they got you mixed up with someone else ?

Or an identity thief made off with cash advance ?

Definitely give them a call and see whats going on. That just doesn't sound right. I have never heard of that reason getting denied for a CLI. Usually its "High Balances" and "Minimum payments being made"
