Capital One CLI every 180 days per card or across all cap one cards?

I have more than one Capital One card.

Is the 180 day guidance between CLI's per card or across all cards with Cap One? 

Anotherwords, if i got a CLI before on one card, do i need to wait a full 180 days before i ask for a CLI on a different cap one card?

Per individual card. Not across all cards like Amex.

For most of us, a CLI from Cap One would be akin to seeing the Loch Ness Monster. My QS is semi-permanently sockdrawered and my Walmart is relegated to being my AZEO balance card.
