Penfed as noted above. $10k max for new customers. Not sure on their current hard pull policy. Expect 1 pull for joining, another for CC, and another for PLOC. Free EQ 9 report.

Langley FCU. Not sure on ther CC offerings. Free EQ 8 report.

Re: Cards that pull EQ?

US Bank pulled EQ (and no other CRA) for a recent visa application (I'm in Maryland).

Re: Cards that pull EQ?

As you know, this will be geographically depoendant.  But, since I have had the same question in the past, I identified these as potentials:

TARGET (TD Bank)

HSBC,

Discover

Comenity,

Citi,

BB&T,

I can personally confirm that Target and Discover did.  I THINK that HSBC just did as well.

A regretful expert. I have repaired before, I will repair again. My current goal is 670 FICO08 across the board by November 2019.

Re: Cards that pull EQ?

Thanks for all the responses. Got Citi, BBT, Elan, and US Bank. But Elan and USB always hit TU for me in Fla. Citi and BBT always EQ for me.

HSBC, huh? hmmm...any others anyone?

Re: Cards that pull EQ?

If you shop at target, you might really consider that Target card.  I presume you would get the MasterCard version, so not your typical store card.

Come to thnk of it, do TD Bank branded cards pull EQ?   Probably.

Re: Cards that pull EQ?

Discover is highly regional. You can’t count on EQ pull.

-Comentity for this Visa and MC

-Key Bank

This question comes up a lot. Credit_is_crack made a list back in June. That thread got to over 100 comments:

I just returned from financial hell. Don't go, the brochure is a lie.

Yup!

Discover was EX for me. USAA is the only one to pull EQ for me.
