So I'm looking to do the Southwest Companion Pass next year which means getting 2 SW cards. The reason for this is that I'm planning to proposed to my girlfriend sometimes next year and thought I might as well use the cards for the engagement ring purchase.
Here are the cards and inquiries I have since Jan 2015.
2/2015 - DCU Auto Loan only on EQ
2/2015 - BOA Auto Loan EX
6/2015- Amazon EX
3/2016- 1 HP for Chase SP and Freedom
3/2016- Amex for SPG
Should I wait until after 2/2017 to apply since both DCU and BOA will drop off or does the rule really means actual cards applied? Which means I'll have to wait until June 2017. Regardless of if the 50K bonuses are available for both cards and chances of the program stopping, is it possible for me to get both SW cards next year?
Also we may be doing some pre-mortgage stuff this year and it may result in an inquiry. Will that count?
I only have one Chase card so I cannot answer your question, but others in the forum will help, I am sure.
You are doing such good planning!
OP: when you say two SW. cards, which two are you referring to? One business and one consumer?
It's the SW Premier for personal and business.
