Chase Amazon - 30 day

I app'd the Chase Amazon visa this afternoon around 1:00pm eastern time and got the 30 day message. Called automated status line and it states 30 day there as well. It is not showing on my Chase account yet. Primarily starting this thread for info for others. Will keep it updated as I learn/receive new info.

Edit for update (06-14-2018): Adhered to the advice of @signaturecardmember in the post below. Called in and spoke to a CSR asking if there was anything they might need to verify. The CSR transferred me to a "lending specialist" (unsure why everyone dreads speaking to lending...) and he sent me the text to verify my identity, then stated that the app hadn't been processed yet. He processed it while I was on the line, and after a few moments he stated that it was approved for $6,100 SL. Logged into my Chase account minutes after hanging up, and the card was showing online for the $6,100 limit there as well.

For those that are interested in DPs, I will post those at the bottom so that those who may not be interested can skip over it, as it will be quite lengthy. I apologize for all the info/data. Posting credit card accounts, utilization, and open dates. Will also post scores for EX 08 and TU 08.

Scores:

TU Fico 08 - 777 as of 06/05/18 per Discover credit card FICO score online

Overall utilization per those two states that it is 2% overall. $1,936/96,400

Re: Chase Amazon - 30 day

Sounds like a verification, I would call the human line. quick glance you are over 5/24....ot sure if this card is subjet to it or you are doing an experiment. Unless you want to use the card besides Amazon I thinkt he store card with Synchrony is much more attractive.

Re: Chase Amazon - 30 day

Per Doctor of Credit, it appears that the Amazon Card is not part of 5/24.

I don’t truly intend on utilizing it for Amazon, but instead using it to reallocate some CL to my Freedom and PC to CSR.

As I am unable to be approved for a new Sapphire card due to having received a SUB in the last 24 months and my current CL is not high enough for PC. (6,400)

The CSP is my wife’s and she has limited credit, so we didn’t feel it would yield successful results having her try for CSR. We kinda took a stab in the dark, not really expecting her to be approved for CSP tbh.

Re: Chase Amazon - 30 day

Makes sense to do it for the CL and moving it around, I didnt know you could PC a cobranded card to another product though.

The PC wasn't of the cobranded card.

Already had Chase Freedom at $6,400 (10,000 after credit reallocation)

App'd for Chase Amazon, approved for $6,100 ($2,500 after credit reallocation)

Moved $3,600 from Amazon to Freedom, in order to achieve 10k required CL in order for Sapphire Reserve product change.

Product change from Freedom to Sapphire Reserve.

The Amazon did not change, as cobranded cards are unable to be PC'd into the "traditional" cards.
