I app'd the Chase Amazon visa this afternoon around 1:00pm eastern time and got the 30 day message. Called automated status line and it states 30 day there as well. It is not showing on my Chase account yet. Primarily starting this thread for info for others. Will keep it updated as I learn/receive new info.
Edit for update (06-14-2018): Adhered to the advice of @signaturecardmember in the post below. Called in and spoke to a CSR asking if there was anything they might need to verify. The CSR transferred me to a "lending specialist" (unsure why everyone dreads speaking to lending...) and he sent me the text to verify my identity, then stated that the app hadn't been processed yet. He processed it while I was on the line, and after a few moments he stated that it was approved for $6,100 SL. Logged into my Chase account minutes after hanging up, and the card was showing online for the $6,100 limit there as well.
For those that are interested in DPs, I will post those at the bottom so that those who may not be interested can skip over it, as it will be quite lengthy. I apologize for all the info/data. Posting credit card accounts, utilization, and open dates. Will also post scores for EX 08 and TU 08.
Scores:
TU Fico 08 - 777 as of 06/05/18 per Discover credit card FICO score online
0 inquiries last 12 mo
Experian Fico 08 - 765 as of 06/09/18 per Discover's "credit scorecard" website.
3 inquiries last 12 mo
Overall utilization per those two states that it is 2% overall. $1,936/96,400
Utilization:
Using CreditKarma TU for this info to save myself some time of logging into the sites and calculating.
I listed my AU cards separately in the bottom. For the cards that have a balance, I put the individual utilization in parentheses beside the balance/limit.

Sounds like a verification, I would call the human line. quick glance you are over 5/24....ot sure if this card is subjet to it or you are doing an experiment. Unless you want to use the card besides Amazon I thinkt he store card with Synchrony is much more attractive.
Makes sense to do it for the CL and moving it around, I didnt know you could PC a cobranded card to another product though.

The PC wasn't of the cobranded card.
Already had Chase Freedom at $6,400 (10,000 after credit reallocation)
App'd for Chase Amazon, approved for $6,100 ($2,500 after credit reallocation)
Moved $3,600 from Amazon to Freedom, in order to achieve 10k required CL in order for Sapphire Reserve product change.
Product change from Freedom to Sapphire Reserve.
The Amazon did not change, as cobranded cards are unable to be PC'd into the "traditional" cards.
Thanks for posting. I recently applied and was also given the 30 day message but had hoped for instant approval. I might give a call as you did to see what I can do.
