How does Chase handle CLI's on their Disney card?

I've had my card for about 9 months and have used it pretty heavily and got an auto CLI from 3k to 7.5k at the 6 month mark.

How often can you request a CLI, and are they hard inquiries? Can they only be done by phone?

I think you have to call and it will be a HP for sure

Sometimes it results in decent CLI and sometimes in nothing.

Only phone if you usage and profile and income support it give them a call it will be a HP as eluded to.  You can also request it my sending them a secure message I believe as well.
