Chase Recon 5/13/16

Just called to recon an app for the Chase United Club card, the last (long shot) card I wanted to add before I go in the garden for the rest of my natural life, lol. I called the 888-245-0625 number from the Backdoor number thread and was informed their systems are down today and they can't look at any apps. What are the odds?! Probably a sign that I shouldn't bother, but I'll be danged if I waste an HP.

 

So if anyone had worked up enough courage to try for a recon like I did, maybe save it up for tomorrow. Smiley Indifferent

THIS would explain why I applied for a Chase Slate card online this morning, I got a spinning icon, then an email saying they would either send me my card in the mail, or a decline letter.

 

Systems down!  Doh!

No, but I called them back and confirmed things. All set; they approved the application.... And they said their systems didn't go down. Who knows?!
