Chase Southwest Companion Pass Sub

I was not looking to app for a Chase card but the Companion Pass sub is sucking me in.  

1. Which card has the most bang for the annual fee for a family that regularly travels 3-6 times per year?

2. Have there been better sub offers for Chase SW cards?

3. What are the odds of a 60,000 or 70,000 sub later this year?

I appreciate you thooughts as I am on the fence and the sub ends tomorrow.

Hopefully someone with more knowledge about the card chimes in, but DW is also planning to get this card, yet she wants to apply when the  companion pass is being offered as a SUB, which from the little I've read up on the card, is pretty rare.
