Citi CLI's question

Logged on to my citi account, not time for one yet, but was just going thru the motions of requesting a cli on Citi DC.  Noticed something new, a message/schedule letting me know when my last cli was as well as the future date of when I can request my next cli.  I like it.  How long has that been there and is everyone now getting this?

Re: Citi CLI's question

Interesting &  good. I think it's a very recent addition - it wasn't there in January that I noticed - and I, too, went through the CLI screen knowing good darn well it hasn't been 6 months since my last CLI 😜.

I'll have to check my account. I'll update in a bit.

Re: Citi CLI's question

I just checked My (2) Citi DC cards, the info did not show for Me.

I could be due to the fact I am past the 6 months since I asked for My last CLI's.

I just checked mine and it shows the message:

"We’re sorry, you’re not eligible to request a credit limit increase at this time because your last credit limit change was on 10/30/2019. There must be six months between changes in your credit limit. You may be eligible to make your next request on or after 04/27/2020."

Now that I actually see the message, I find it kinda rude.   I like seeing the dates but I don't appreciate the tone... lol.

Now that's just downright disrespectful.

It does.  I went thru normal route for requesting a cli and that message showed up letting me know the last date I received one and the next date that I'm eligible to apply for my next one.  I like it, it helps keep me disciplined and on track.
