Citi Costco still using old credit report?

Hello folks..my final baddie (a Bk13) finally fell off of my EX report in December and I'm clean and over 800 on EX. I've had my Citi Costco for 3.5 years with a $7k limit. I allowed a new statement to post and the latest credit score to update in the app and I attempted to apply for a CLI. I was denied with a 7-10 letter message. When the letter posted, it stated that I have a bankruptcy on my credit report. The latest  score they pulled and posted on the app was from 12/28 and there was no BK noted. It was definitely off of my report at that time. What report is the system even using to make decisions? Of course **bleep**i Customer service is about as useless as a screen door on a submarine. Anyone have any idea what's going on?

They could have used an old report anyway. I'd give it another month to make sure their system is completely refreshed and try again!

I had this happen to me but with a Chap 7 that fell off in June. I don't believe it was until September or October before they had the updated CR. And you are right, after explaining to CSR that it was off my report I was told to contact the CB. Then I explained it's not on the CB report but on your old report.

Totalky clueless!  Seriously!  You would think that they deal with this occasionally.

They use reports a few months behind. It's a soft pull so won't ding your score, but I'd personally wait until February or March.
