Citi Prestige Data Points Please

Has anyone had any experience with Citi Prestige Approval odds/experience?  

DP -

4 inq in the last 6 months across all 3 bureau 

690 Ex

690 Equifax 

723 Transunion 


1 newest account as a AU was in 12/19

1 newest account as primary was in 11/19

Their prequel site is pretty solid. 

 

They use bankcard 8 I believe.

Citi typically pulls EQ and/or EX (sometimes one, sometimes both) at least in my area. With scores below 700 I think the Prestige would be a long shot as it's their top tier card.

 

I'd wait until the prequal shows up - Citi prequal is usually pretty reliable.

I have Citi Premier, DC, and AA Biz.  I've burnt Citi Retail in the past (CO which was present for all 3 approvals) but paid them back years ago.  Never got a single prequal from them.  If you get it it's reliable but you can MOST DEFINITELY be approved without one.

Scored were ~700 for all 3.  1 was instant and two were pending and approved as soon as I called the backdoor number and the app was processed with no real input from me.

 

Prestige is different though.  With 700ish scores and no relationship I'd agree it may be a long shot.  I'd also wait till I was 0/6 for that one.
