@BeEasyMark Have you looked at Penfed, Discover or Maybe even another Amex or Bank of America. From experience 4506-T processing has been significantly slower due to covid my AMEX one took almost 6 months and 2 apps.
I've submitted my 4506-T and got a message saying:
Thank you for your interest in the Citi Prestige® Card account. We're reviewing your application submitted on 12/28/2020 and will get back to you within 7-10 days.
Should I just wait or give them a call?
Thanks.
There is no harm in calling. You may or may not have better luck in getting a meaningful response by waiting until Tuesday business hours to call due to tomorrow being the MLK holiday.

When did you submit the 4506-T request to Citi?
I think they received it last Wednesday, that's when I got the 7-10 days message for the second time.

Ok, I would give it until this Wednesday to check on it. Just keep in mind that 4506-T reviews may have some delays due to COVID-19 operations-related impacts. Plus, the MLK holiday.
My application was denied because of the following reason:
"Thank you for your interest in the Citi Prestige® account. We're unable to approve your application because we couldn't verify some of the information on your application."
Is there something I can do at this point?

That's polite speak for "you lied about your income".
That's what I was worried about because my 2019 income was about half of what my 2020 income is.
