Citi Thank You Premier Application

So.... I app'ed for the card on Sunday, got a message for more document to further process my application.{Mod cut. This subject is not allowed to be discussed} I called in and ask about status. They said they need to further verification. Has anyone have experience with that?

Few things may happen with them. Since a bureau is frozen.

1. Denial
2. Request for the PIN
3. Unfreeze and need to reapply

Those are some of the things Citi might say to you if thats the bureau that they pulled.

Cap1 QS - 2k (4/21)
Mission Lane - 4k (11/21)
Venmo - 900 (11/21)
SavorOne - 2500 (12/21)
VentureOne - 2000 (7/22)

OP, Citi tends to pull EX or/and EQ. There are instances where both can be pulled if your application requires further information to make a decision.
