I've been 3 yrs with Citi and the the product is awesome; I have the double cash at 21% but they make offers like balance transfer or direct deposit with 6.99% as an installment(flex loan) up to 60mo; Chase, BoA are also doing this) Citi is also generous with CL (soft pull) but I think you have to wait for a year to have a significant increase and almost guarantee success. The app is easy and good looking as Amex.
