Very strange. I also have 4 of their cards and have been sent automatic increases on all of them. I've only had the accounts for a little over one year and I've never requested a CLI. Maybe because I rarely use the cards and only one has a balance they are trying to lure me into spending more often. Perhaps if you just ignore them for a while they will beg you to spend more as they did me.
