Hey folks,
Earlier this week I recieved a offer for the Delta Skymiles card..as I was ready to put in all my information I realized it was ran by AMEX..I burned AMEX in my BK discharged not even a year ago. I hear that this is an easy card to get, especially with my CS in the mid 600s even with a BK, but will my history with AMEX hinder getting approved?
There is a 99% chance you will be denied based on previous history and BK.
If you aren't at least 5 years post BK don't even try
Dont go into the light !!!
It will be denied!!!
Im agreeing with everyone here...
Its a solid known fact that you will not be approved for any card by them, legacy or co-brand thru Amex itself, until you're 5 yrs post file BK date... period, Especially if you burned them.
Do not waste your time or a HP on something you won't get....trust me...even with those that didn't burn them in the BK, its still 5 yrs post file date. What youre getting is just marketing stuff. Even after 5 yrs, theres only a 50% chance you'll be approved for a card with an IIB.

more like 100% chance of denial with only being short post BK and a burn=auto denial.
