Discover IT - SP for CLI request on web site?

Does anyone know for sure if there is a SP or a HP when requesting a CLI for Discover IT through the web site? I tried searching the forum and have seen various answers. I don't want to chance a HP! Thanks so much!

They use their most recent SP on file first and if the CLI cant be granted you will get a notice asking for update of info like employer, housing costs etc and a notice that a HP may be required, just cancel out of it if you dont what the HP.

I'm sorta in the same boat.......did a CLI request via phone, didn't ask me if I would take a HP.......so I hope it was a softie.   I think a lender has to request your permission to do a HP

If you call in for a CLI that'll be a soft pull. Unless of course, you're denied and they transfer you to an analyst. If that happens, the analyst will confirm a hard pull.
