Gave me a reference # and to call to verify some things.
Is this a good or bad sign?

I think it's a positive sign. Just needed some verification if its really you who applied ... call them.
Talked to a nice lady, see told me my Experian report was frozen. (I had it frozen because it's my worst.} I asked if she could use equifax. She said yes, put me on hold for a few mins.
Then came back and said welcome to the Discover Family
My credit line is only $1300, but I'm thrilled getting my foot in the door. Since my score it only like 640, I thought I was going to be offered a secured card.
Time to close Credit One! But I was able to contact Credit one's, US customer service and said raise my limit and waive my fee's or I want to close account. He raised it to $900 from $600 and waive the fee for next year. But still would like to close it. And somehow get the tradelines off reports.
I'm a happy 😊 man. Now I'm getting ready to call Barclays for reconsideration... Wish me luck. If I get drinks on me tonight if you live in Saint Louis.
