Discover-pre qualify site

Tried and tried for pre qualify, but after I enter my info, I get the 502 proxy error...

"Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /search.

Reason: Error reading from remote server"

What is wrong with their site?

There must be something wrong with the site. I just tried it and I got an error message too.
