Checked prequal earlier and was surprised to see some offers. I'd like to see what sort of limit I can get before a hard pull is done. Do they tell you the limit before the hard pull?

No, there is no tenative or potential CL associated with a prequalification. It will be based on your creditworthiness, income, other available credit, and whatever else AMEX adds to their secret approval sauce.
No they don't
I've never seen one. I would love a list of SP pre-approvals that include credit limits (like the apple card or FNBO or BBVA)

@FalconSteve - BBVA is no more since it's been acquired by PNC. There's several FIs that provide this info including some of the newest FinTechs, SYNCB (on some products), etc. It would behoove you to ask this question on the link below so the AmEx discussion at hand doesn't veer off topic.

I knew PNC was buying BBVA, I guess I should have checked that. We have several PNC branches near us (I live in PA) and I haven't been impressed by them. I felt like it was a corollary to the discussion, but I will try to be more succinct in the future as well as not veer off topic as much.
