There is no new way around it, and I doubt there will ever be. Keep in mind Chase (and most banks) likely has employees reading the various forums and blogs so any loophole for things eventually gets closed. They want to have a 5/24 rule and there's not much point if there were well known workarounds.

The only way around 5/24 is an in-branch preapproval, and my guess is that avenue will eventually be closed, but who knows. The 5/24 rule applies to all Chase cards at this point.

There is a workaround, in branch pre approval and green check marks in your account.

I had green check mark  and was approved at 7/24 and 8/24

The 5/24 is real, but if Chase wants you to have their cards, you could be 99/24 and still be approved, or 0/24 and denied.

Try prequal and see if anything shows up.
