Does an AMEX auto CLI affect the 180 day timeline?

What the title says. 

I Requested and received a CLI to 13k back in the fall. I was gonna request again in June for 25k.  About 2 weeks ago I got an auto increase to 17k... does this reset the clock on when I can make my next request?
