Does being added as an AU on a Chase CC mean you can't apply for your own (other card) within 90 day

Title, basically.

 

Added SO as an AU on my CSP, and was wondering if she would be able to apply for her own Chase card. Any feedback helps. Thank y'all.

Has no bearing whatsoever on ability to apply, with 1 exception.  If it is her 6th new account reporting within 24 months the autobot may autodeny her but upon recon the underwriter nearly always overrides it and evaluates the application on its technical merits.
