EBATES VISA??? - just approved for Marvel MC?

Ok, last night I applied for the Marvel MC and got an instant approval for $2000. I called backdoor number and got increased to $7,000. My qestion is should I app for the Ebates Visa? Should I try today or wait until tomorrow when hopefully my TU Report Updates & shows 1 balance of $16 & Revolving Util @ >1%. FICO 8 is 711

My situation is almost identical. I was denied the Ebates with a 714.

Be aware that sometimes, and I don't know if always but mine was, Ebates is an Experian pull.
