I am not sure there is an email. I came upon this address and some people reported recon success through it. I never saw this mail floating around in this forum and not sure if it's still valid.

When I dealt with them I called using the backdoor number for the EO, in the thread at the top of this board.

They were VERY nice and settled my issue quickly..

They helped me get approved when I was instantly denied for too many new accounts on my Citi DoubleCash card over a year ago. By the way, don't expect an instant result from the call. They will just push it through to the appropriate department for another look at your app/request. Good luck!

I recently, in July, emailed the CEO of the credit card division Judson Linville (Mod cut-cannot be posted in public forum, thanks) and received a response from his office about 2 weeks later, via US mail, with an exact date in which someone would get back to me. Sure enough they called me on that exact date!
