Requested a CLI on my 1 year old Equality card. Was told that EQ was on ice. Contacted EQ and was told that report wasn't on ice. Long story short, called Equality back and they processed CLI immediately on phone with EX report. Last week while dealing with them and EQ they said they would only do EQ. Somehow yesterday they pulled EX. They offered a CLI of $100. This is not the moral of the story that I'm telling so please keep negative comments to yourself, thank you. Anyway, I pulled all 3 reports and see an inquiry from MB Financial from yesterday. This is my only inq from yesterday. I call Equality back and get to credit department and was told they 1st American State Bank pulled my EX yesterday. I told csr that I have only one inquiry from MB Financial Bank. She said that shouldn't be unless I applied for an MB card. I said I didn't. She was puzzled so I asked if they handle MB Financial Bank also. She said yes but I see you have two accounts with us. I said I do? She said yes, Blispay (this is the moral of the story here). I said so you all handle Equality and Blispay and she said yes. I said ok thank you. As she was saying her closing, she said "thank you for calling TD Bank services". She apologized for that but apparently they do something with TD Bank also, but she didn't say anything about my two TD accounts. I did ask them to manually review the cli since I already took the hit. My credit, my choices. Not asking for any advice here, just providing information.
Whaaat? I thought FEB handled Blispay? Maybe they switched?
Also, what does MB stand for?

I have no idea what MB stands for. I was just as surprised as you which is why I posted this.
So moral is Equality wouldn't increase you?
$10k is their max you know between personal and business.

The moral of the story is the connection between Equality, Blispay and possibly TD Bank. Increases/decreases/denials come and go

If indeed that Equality and Blispay are connected, they will go beyond 10k.

I'm speaking for Equality only being maxed at $10k... both my partner at that.

No. The only thing I did yesterday was Equality. They (Equality) said they got my EX report too. I had issues with EQ so I think they just went in through another avenue and got EX IMO
