Instacart Pre-Approved Chase MC 5% cash back

On instacart's website I am "pre-approved" for a Chase Instacart MC with $100 Instacart credit and an additional year of Instacart as an incentive to apply. Additionally, 5% cashback from Instacart...etc.  

This is attractive to me--I am a serial user!

Is this just an invitation to apply?  I dont want a HP without approval.

I am in Los Angeles, CA. Anyone know what CB's they will pull and what model they will use?

Instacart (like Amazon) pre-approvals are fairly legit, especially if you're under 5/24.

As far as which CRA chase will pull, any of them. Keep in mind that Chase will frequently pull two CRAs, so make sure none are frozen.
