Applied for CSP back in August and was denied due to lack of revolvers and had collection and tax lien on my report at the time. Both have since been removed on both EQ and EX. Additionally was approved for Freedom ($4500) last month. TLs for both NFCU and DC aren't on there yet. I really want the CSP for their rewards. Should I wait until I get more history with the Freedom? Scores are in the 660 range which I know isn't that great for them.

My suggestion will be to wait till you complete 6 month with them. Meanwhile use your card and PIF.
If it's been 30 days or more since your Chase Freedom HP and Approval I say go for CSP NOW!
It's going to be one of those YEMV situations OP. Only way to know for sure is when you apply. You can take the plunge now or wait sinc this is ultimately your decision. We don't review nor approve the applications here.
I think once you have an in you are good. I would wait maybe 2 or 3 months and go for it and since you can get two with one hard pull go for two. I was an authorized user for about a month and decided to try. Went for the United and than the CSP. Both approved off one pull. TU 675

Then again I was added as an AU on an account that was 9 years old. Second thought maybe wait a good 6 months. Its a beautiful card by the way. LOVE IT.... (rubbing it in)

I'd hold off on CSP until you hit >680 depending on baddies and age of said baddies.
Also, What CRA did they pull you on last go around?

Whats your income? For best chances, wait until you're >= 680 and make sure it has been at least 30 days since your last Chase app. Good luck!
$115

They pulled EQ and EX last time. Huge difference between the two right now. EX=668 EQ=750. All baddies gone
