JCPenney Identity Verification

I applied for JCPenny and got the wait 7 to 10 days. They sent me a letter saying they were unable to verifiy my identity so they cannot approve at this time. Should I call? Or just wait and apply again later? TIA

Doesnt hurt to call and see if they can verify your information over the phone. Good luck

you can call the backdoor number for the UW department, however, they usually will not reopen you application. You can however apply in the store and have a better chance of getting approved because they will ask to see your DL to verify that you are who you say you are....good luck!

I would definitely try to call them and verify your info. Pretty silly to be denied over something like that, right?
