Just called a couple minutes ago and got approved for the chase slate card! only $500 credit line but i am very happy with it though!

Congrast OP on approval.. Actually suprised kinda myself with those scores along with history and high utilization.. I think your saving grace was your 1.5-2 years amazon chase visa relationship.   Congrats on an approval as it is better than a denial!

I am very happy and it helped reduce my utilization considerably and hopefully I will get approved for the other cards i applied for too!

Congrats.  It's a start.  When I first got with Chase (again after my long ago BK) in 2013, I started with a $500 Freedom.
