Lock on equifax question with Capitol one approval?

Hey, anyone know if you have a lock Equifax and you apply for a Cap one and they do a triple pull would you still be able to get approved with a double pull? Anyone done this before and or had success? I have 22inq on equfiax vs 8 on the others so I would prefer not to keep hitting Equifax.

Highly not recommended to freeze. Most lenders will either deny the application or Ask for you to unfreeze and re apply or request the pin to access the bureau.

It's not a freeze its a lock from equifax cause I use there monitoring service. Same question applies.. I can lock and unlock anytime I want.
