It's not w citi retail care. The website is managed by citi. But it is department store national bank. Macy's own bank. I noticed confusion with this. Dito manages it true. But Citi does not issue nor list themselves as the creditor.
Congrats op, I was approved for 300 online a while back. When I went into the store even though i activated the card, they had to call for verification and immediately bumped the limit to 600.
