Well I just tried the FS yesterday, AJC ... shot down by the computer. Sent recon message to the recon gods and they explained I had reached maximum exposure at the present but I could transfer part of my Platinum MC credit line to open the Flagship ... more than one way to skin a cat, I guess ...
