After the 91/3 which is the best bet, the new card or the CLI. I have read for a new card they mostly pull TU which is the strongest, but I also read somewhere for the cli they may pull EQ which is the weakest? What is the best way to handle this?
Depends. If you've seen a overall score improvement from your original application, I would apply for a new card because you might get a higher starting line (no guarantee though, they seem to be tightening their requirements). NFCU is HP happy, so either will probably result in a HP.
