Nasa FCU membership and credit card

Went ahead and applied for Nasa membership which was approved after sending over paper work, so I applied for their rewards card and was denied with an 745 EX score. WOW!

What was your denial reason(s)?

To many new accounts,inquiries(which is only 6) and few other BS things I don't remember. I was trying to find the reasons they said in my account but can't find the letter now.

- Excessive Recently Opened Trades

Ironic. I just gained membership this morning as well so of course the first thing I did was app for the card. 

It gave me a "needs further review."

Hmm. Just read their reasons cited. That does not bode well for me then.

Sorry to read if your denial. They must have tighten up a bit. I had at least 12 or more new accounts in a 4 month period when they approved me. They did deny me PLOC for too many new accounts. The UWs must have swapped out.lol

Do you mind if I ask how new your TL's are?  Are they less than 1 year old?  TIA
