My 2 newest cards are Marvel(1 month ago) and Mypoints( about 7 weeks), the others are 5 months to over one year old.

Thank you. I am considering joining Nasa FCU for the free Ex-98 score. It is so tempting to join and apply for a CC at the same time... but I don't have a need for any of their CC's. Besides, they will probably deny me for having too much available credit.

They often deny for too much available credit or too many new accounts.
Do they pull credit for membership? if so which report? and do they use checksystem?
They sp EX for membership(some members have gotten hp)and yes they pull Chex

Sorry to hear that 40, I was approved with 667, 8k SL, 6 new accounts prior, all with in 6 months.
On BT right now, 7% until BT's paid off, however long it takes.
They denied me a credit card when I joined. So, I just used the savings account lightly (basically to pay off other credit cards every few months) and 10 months later when I didnt have any recent applications (during an app spree) I applied again and was given a $30K credit card.
