IMO, I would've kept it since it will now impact your AAoA and AAoYA once it reports to the CRAs 🤷♂️

Another reminder to all of us to make sure we actually *read* all the print. I'm very, very bad about skimming/scanning through something and thinking, okay, I've got it... Then my better judgment kicks in (if it's something important) and I go back and actually READ it, word for word. I've been shocked numerous times that way. 
Since you already took the HP and were approved, I'm with @FinStar -- I think you should've kept it. But to each their own.
